Earlier this year I found out about a new "smartphone" being launched by Nokia - the N95. Now the N95 features all sort's of techno goodness (I'm a technoholic!) including sat-nav, 5 megapixel camera, DVD quality playback... the list goes on.

So in anticipation for it's launch I registered and started the website www.nokia-n95.net - just to keep other people informed on the progress of the launch of the phone... Not that I thought that many people would be bothered. HOW WRONG I WAS!!!!!

The site is getting MASSIVE hit's from user's all over the world - just try searching Google for anything Nokia N95 related and my site turns up on the 1st page for nearly all of them!

The site now features a forum, news publishing system, downloads and other cool stuff - there is a "membership" system in place and the membership is growing rapidly (some 20 - 30 new users per day) and it will soon see over 2000 members!

Google adsense makes a few $'s - enough to keep future developments funded but nowhere near enough to retire on!!!! :)

I have done this with hardly any backlinks or SEO methods - just a few links well dropped links in tech forums and word of mouth has done the rest!

I'm now getting links from Facebook and lots of other well known website's - it's looking really good for a site that I thought would never see more than a few visitors...
